Sterilization of tools is under working, currently we are using disinfected tools. All steel tools are disinfected with 70% ethanol after grooming of every pet.
We are working 10am to 5 PM in winters and 10am to 8pm in summer. We are off on Friday rest all public holidays we are open.
We are using our own formulated groomers best shampoo which is especially manufactured and tested on 200+ pets and formulated for all type of pets. Our shampoo is sulphate free and its not harmful for pet skin
Service report is detailed document which includes pet information, pre-grooming assessment, health assessment, environment where service performed and groomer recommendation.
Yes HappyPet team have certified groomers who are done online courses and many years of experience.
Accepted Payment Methods HappyPet Grooming Service accepts the following payment methods: Cash Bank transfer Mobile wallets or online payment methods (where available) Accepted payment options may vary by location and will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment Timing Full payment is due immediately after the grooming service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain services, packages, promotions, or first-time bookings, advance or partial payment may be required. Pricing All prices are quoted in advance based on the pet’s size, breed, coat condition, and requested services. Final pricing may change if additional services are requested during the appointment or if the pet’s condition requires extra time or care. Late or Non-Payment Failure to complete payment after service may result in refusal of future bookings. Outstanding balances must be cleared before any new appointment is scheduled. Changes to Payment Policy HappyPet Grooming Service reserves the right to update pricing and payment terms at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
Service Satisfaction At HappyPet Grooming Service, customer satisfaction and pet safety are our top priorities. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered in the following cases: Service was not delivered as booked due to our fault Grooming session was cut short due to groomer-related issues Refunds are not applicable if: The pet becomes aggressive or uncooperative, making it unsafe to continue The service outcome is affected by pre-existing pet health, coat, or behavioral issues The customer changes their mind after service completion Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued when a service cannot be fully completed. The refund amount will be determined based on the portion of service delivered. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used. Cancellations & No-Shows Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable, especially if the groomer has already traveled to the client’s location.
