1. Services
HappyPet Grooming Service provides mobile pet grooming services at the customer’s doorstep, using available home resources such as water and electricity, unless otherwise agreed.
Services include but are not limited to:
Bathing and drying
Hair trimming and styling
Nail trimming
Ear and basic hygiene cleaning
Service availability may vary depending on location, pet condition, and staff availability.
2. Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate pet and address details at the time of booking.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe access to the pet and grooming area
Ensure availability of clean water, electricity, and sufficient space
Inform HappyPet in advance of:
Aggressive behavior
Medical conditions
Skin allergies, injuries, or parasites
Secure pets properly before and after grooming
Failure to disclose relevant pet information may result in service refusal or additional charges.
4. Pet Health & Behavior
HappyPet reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a pet is aggressive, severely stressed, injured, or poses a risk.
Pets with contagious conditions may be refused service.
HappyPet is not responsible for pre-existing medical or behavioral conditions.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made immediately after service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for:
Aggressive pets
Severe matting
Extra handling time
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must inform us at least [X hours] before the appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
HappyPet reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Safety & Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions, grooming carries inherent risks.
HappyPet shall not be held liable for:
Minor cuts, scratches, or stress reactions
Pre-existing health conditions aggravated during grooming
Customers agree that grooming is performed at their own risk.
8. Use of Home Resources
By booking our service, customers consent to the use of their water and electricity for grooming purposes at no additional cost unless specified.
9. Media & Marketing Consent
Unless explicitly declined in writing, customers grant HappyPet permission to use non-identifiable photos or videos of pets for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
10. Website Use
Website content is for general information only.
Users must not misuse, copy, or reproduce website content without permission.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
11. Privacy
Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse personal information.
12. Termination of Service
HappyPet reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer for:
Unsafe conditions
Repeated cancellations
Abuse or misconduct toward staff
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
14. Changes to Terms
HappyPet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
